Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the following terms:

Eligible Refund Scenarios

A refund may be granted if:

  • A trainer cancels and rescheduling is not possible

  • A trainer fails to deliver the training

  • The training is clearly misrepresented

Ineligible Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Client no-shows

  • Last-minute cancellations by the client

  • Dissatisfaction with delivery style (if training was as described)

  • HRDF payments after claim is submitted

Request Process
  • Submit within 5 days of training date

  • Email [email protected] with details and order ID

  • Platform will review and respond within 7 business days

Resolution
  • Refunds (for cash payments) will be issued to the original method

  • HRDF-related issues will follow HRDF processing timelines

General Platform Policy

By using Trainer Provider, you agree to the following policies:

Use of Platform
  • Trainers must only offer services via the Platform

  • Corporates must not engage trainers off-platform unless already hired via the system

Contact Restriction
  • Trainers must not advertise or share phone numbers, emails, or social media

  • Any attempt to bypass the Platform will result in a ban

Trainer Compensation
  • Paid within 7 days for cash

  • Paid within 7 days for HRDF (subject to claim success)

Conduct & Behavior

Users (trainers or corporates) may be banned for:

  • Harassment or unprofessional behavior

  • Off-platform solicitation

  • Repeated cancellations or misconduct

  • Violating local laws or the Platform’s terms

Content Rights
  • Trainers retain ownership of their materials

  • Platform may edit content formatting for quality/marketing

  • All listings and user interactions are subject to review
